"As soon as the warm weather arrives, my mother says she wants to cut down the tree at the bottom of the garden to build a swimming pool," says Raphaël, 29, a little disillusioned as he talks about his childhood home, located in a now heavily urbanized area of Villeurbanne (Rhône).
